Login Not Working

Depending on your subscription there are a few ways you can resolve this issue. Please see the option relevant to your subscription below:

Subscription via the website

If you have paid for a subscription via the website, PageSuite may have access to your subscription to reset your password.

In some cases, however, you will need to contact the Publisher directly due to PageSuite not having access to your subscription.

Subscription via iTunes

If you paid for a subscription via iTunes, you will not need an email address and password to login to the app.

On the subscription page in the app, you will see a button for ‘restore subscriptions’.

You need to restore the subscription to that device. (See example below)

After you click on the ‘restore subscriptions’ button a box will appear asking you to enter a password, this password is your iTunes account password.

You will need to enter the password to your iTunes account to be able to restore the subscriptions. If you have forgotten this password you will need to contact Apple support, please find a link below: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201487

Once you have entered your iTunes password your subscription will be confirmed via your iTunes account if you have a valid subscription.

Exit the app, double click the home button and remove from the background, then re-load the app.
