Edition Quality Poor

Our system automatically downscales the quality of pages so that it loads faster, this may cause some images to look blurry. Also, the PDFs supplied by the publishers could also affect the quality.

Before contacting PageSuite or the publisher please try the steps below:

  1. Fully restart your browser making sure you have not only exited the browser app but also closed it in the background.
  1. If this fails to work, clear the cache on your browser.
  1. If the above steps do not solve the issue make sure you are on a stable network, typically we recommend a good Wi-Fi connection but a strong 3G or 4G connection will also suffice. It is worth bearing in mind no edition will load without an internet connection.
