If you have forgotten your password, you may be able to reset it yourself on the login screen.
This is best done on a computer rather than a tablet/mobile, however, can be accessed on a mobile device if required.
If there is not an option to reset your password the user will need to contact PageSuite. PageSuite will then either reset the user’s password or will forward the information on to the relevant publisher.
If you do need to get in contact with PageSuite, to save time please include the username that the subscription is tied to within the email. Also, any relevant documentation (such as a receipt) may speed up the process.
Please bear in mind that once the subscription has ended you will no longer have access to the archive.
